Refund & Dispute Policy

Money on BOOSTRIDERS sits in escrow from the moment of purchase until the Customer confirms delivery. This policy explains when refunds happen and how disputes are resolved.

1. Wallet top-ups

You can top up your wallet using payment methods listed on the Site. Once funds are in your wallet, you may use them to place orders or — subject to payment-provider limits — withdraw them back. We don't refund top-ups directly; instead you withdraw the unused balance.

2. Order refunds — automatic cases

• If the Booster cancels the order before starting work, you get a full refund.
• If the Booster fails to start within 24 hours of accepting the order, you can cancel it for a full refund.
• If a currency listing's seller doesn't deliver within the listed delivery window, the order auto-cancels and refunds you.

3. Disputes

Either party can open a dispute up to 7 days after the order is marked complete. The party opening the dispute must submit evidence (screenshots, video, chat logs). The other party has 48 hours to submit counter-evidence.

Our moderators review and decide one of:

• Release — Booster gets paid in full.
• Refund — Customer gets refunded in full; Booster gets nothing.
• Split — funds are divided based on what was actually delivered.

Decisions are final. Both parties are notified within 72 business hours.

4. False reports & chargeback fraud

Filing false dispute claims, charging back legitimate purchases via your card issuer, or coordinating with the counterparty to scam the platform results in immediate account termination and the loss of any escrow funds you may hold. Repeat offenders are reported to law-enforcement and chargeback-prevention networks.

5. Currency-order specifics

For in-game currency purchases, the Booster (seller) is required to keep proof of delivery (in-game mail screenshots or trade logs) for at least 14 days. If you claim non-delivery, the seller's evidence is the primary tie-breaker.
