Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BOOSTRIDERS (boostriders.com — the “Site”), a marketplace that connects players who want to buy gaming services and in-game currency (“Customers”) with players who provide them (“Boosters”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into binding contracts, and not located in a jurisdiction where the use of similar marketplaces is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with the rules of the games you play — buying boosting services may violate a game publisher's Terms of Service and result in account penalties on the publisher's side. We do not act on behalf of any game publisher.

2. Account

You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up, keep your password secret, and be responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, run automated bots, harass other users, or attempt to defraud the marketplace.

3. The Marketplace, Escrow & Commission

Customers and Boosters set the terms of each order between themselves. We hold the funds in escrow from the moment a Customer pays until the Customer confirms delivery (or 72 hours after the Booster marks the work as done, whichever is earlier). Upon release we transfer the funds to the Booster's wallet, minus our platform commission (currently 10% of the gross order amount; the precise rate is shown to both parties before the order is placed).

We are not a party to the underlying boosting/currency transaction. We provide the technology and the dispute mechanism but do not guarantee that any Booster will perform satisfactorily.

4. Disputes

Either party can open a dispute within 7 days of the order being marked complete. Our moderators review evidence (chat logs, screenshots, video) submitted by both sides and decide either to (a) release the escrow to the Booster, (b) refund the Customer, or (c) split the funds. Decisions are final. False reports are penalised — repeat offenders may be banned.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Customers can fund their wallet using payment methods listed on the Site. Boosters can withdraw earnings to a verified payout method (USDT TRC20, etc.). Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during business days; we may delay or hold a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, or false identities
• Coordinating off-site to bypass our commission or dispute system
• Harassing, threatening, or scamming other users
• Reselling our services without written agreement
• Reverse-engineering or scraping the Site

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the BOOSTRIDERS logo and design system, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or build a derivative service from it.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount of commission we have collected from your account in the past 12 months. We are not liable for losses caused by game-publisher penalties, force-majeure events, or third-party services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date is your acceptance of the new Terms.
